This is the greatest place to do business with, tried to get work done their twice, and both of times it wasn't my transmission, it was something else that made me think I had trans problems, he told me what needed to be done. Didn't even charge fee for trouble shooting problem. Great place, honest place, they could have fixed problem, and charged me for transmision. I highly reecomend them

This is my first google review. My wife's car broke down an hour from where we live. We called a friend who recommended Alpha Transmission and Automotive. They helped us arrange a tow service to bring our car to them. Within two days they got back to us with our issue and even offered to help find a salvage yard for my wife's old car with a busted engine. In an unfortunate situation they helped us every step of the way and for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied.

This is my go-to mechanic. Thier experts are understanding and helpful. The work I had done was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this shop for any matinence and repairs. Going here reduced the hassle and stress of my car repair.

These guys are awesome. We were driving through with a 67 Chevelle and had low oil pressure. These guys got on it immediately and not only fixed that problem, but also found a few other minor odds and ends to get us back on the road and make it home. They were incredibly reasonable, professional and passionate about their work. They refused to accept more money despite my insistence that they take more for all their help and jumping through hoops to get it done. Could not have had a better experience. Buba and his crew are stand-up guys.

Bubba and Terry are great! Reasonably priced and definitely stand by their work! My transmission and water pump went out on my way to tx they did what they could to the transmission and my husband fixed the water pump took it back to alpha to get all the kinks out and ran like a dream drove all the way back to fl and lost reverse bubba found a local transmission shop took care of everything and had our truck back running with in a few days!! Big thank to Tue guys at alpha!!

My car was having an unusal problem that would come and go. The crew found the problem and had it fixed in no time.

They were able to take my truck last minute, kept it for the week that I was out of town so they could properly diagnose the problem. When I got home, my truck was good as new!

Whenever a single woman (especially an elderly one) finds it necessary to go to an auto repair shop, she usually does so with fear and trepidation, knowing how easy it would be for them to take advantage of her. I don't feel that way about Alpha. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. They are skilled professionals who truly serve their customers.

Came in with leaking slave cylinder and was ready to go the next business day. Clutch is bad and they told me about it. They wanted to replace it then and there but I do not have the available funds for a new clutch all in all great work. I'll be coming back.

I have been a customer for over 5 years and there was never a problem with my cars that they could not fix. Recently my diesel truck would not start even when the tow truck tried to jump the batteries. Alpha determined it was defective battery even thought they were only 30 days old.

Very polite, very knowledgeable, good crew, even when they had to give me the bad news about my cars transmission. Will go back to them when I can afford to get more work done.

I was told by the dealership that I needed a new transmission! I checked around a little and the same name kept coming up "Buba" out on 56!! Short story, Buba's technology is spot on, his team diagnosed the issue to be a failed part (dealership missed) my transmission was repaired for a fraction of the cost of replacement. Good service at a fair price

Your auto techs did a great job installing the struts on my truck. The service man behind the desk was very accommodating. The only issue i had was when i picked up my truck, was the sway bar wasn't in the correct position. Two auto techs came out and fixed it immediately. I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family. And i will definitely come back for more service on my truck. Thanks guys.

If you only want the Best person to help you with your transmission troubles. You need to call Buba at Alpha Transmission. I have, or did have a 2008 Nissan Altima with CVT transmission. Buba told me up front what my option were on the phone. Not very happy with them, could have cost me upward of $4500.00 to replace the transmission. But he did say if I brought it in, he would know for sure. I did my research, CVT transmissions don't have a good track record, and Nissan knows about this! Nissan dealership told me they can't rebuild them....Only option is to replace...ouch! That's $4185 for the transmission, then the cost to put it in! The crew at Alpha did the check, found out it was bad TCC solenoid. The cost for the repairs was $465, what a relief....not $4500.00. I have told all my friends about my story, and if they want any transmission work done. They are Going to Call Alpha Transmission.

I am very happy with the customer service and work that was preformed on my 06 Mistsubishi Eclipse. They were very prompt in calling with estimates and repairs were finished in a timely manner. They were a little better on pricing then two other shops. I will be returning if I ever need any more work. Thanks, Brent
